World Water Day 2021

World Water Day is March 22nd. This is a day that celebrates water and raises awareness of the 2.2 billion people living without access to safe water.
This year’s theme is “Valuing Water.” We want to provide a small sampling of organizations that we value for the way in which they value water every single day.
Blood:Water - Partnering with Africa to end the water and HIV/AIDS crises
Charity: Water - A non-profit organization bringing clean and safe drinking water to people in developing countries
Lifewater - Christians committed to ending the global water and sanitation crisis, one village at a time
Planet Water Foundation - Clean, safe, water and water-health & hygiene education
Splash - Works to improve water, sanitation, hygiene (WASH), and menstrual health conditions for the urban poor, especially kids
The Last Well - Mission is to eliminate water scarcity - ending thirst globally in our generation
Water 1st International - Enable the world’s poorest people to implement and sustain community managed projects integrating clean water supply, toilets, and hygiene education
Water Aid - Transforms lives by improving access to clean water, hygiene and sanitation in the world's poorest communities
Water for Good - At any given time, Water for Good is providing clean water for over 880,000 people living in the Central African Republic
Water for People - Promote the development of high-quality drinking water and sanitation services, accessible to all, and sustained by strong communities, businesses, and governments
Water is Life - Safe drinking water to 1 billion people by December 31, 2021
Water.org - A global nonprofit organization working to bring water and sanitation to the world. We want to make it safe, accessible, and cost-effective.
