Mia LoLordo
Chairperson
Mia is the majority owner of GTI. She has 30 year’s of experience leading multinational agency businesses, often collaborating with charities, foundations, and not-for-profit organizations. Mia leads our Board, focusing on strategic matters as set forth by the organizations board and leadership team.
Sean Kelly
Founder & CEO
Sean drives our strategic vision and manages our business partnerships. He has worked in private and publicly listed agency businesses most of his life as both a CEO & CFO. Prior to founding GTI, he was President of a US travel management company, which in eight years became a Top 25 TMC and number one in its niche.

Kim Tiberia
Chief Operating Officer
Kim has day-to-day leadership responsibilities, supporting the organizations vision. Her travel industry career spans over 30 years, with 13 years in the non-profit sector. Kim has held executive positions and led US sales and account management teams for global travel management companies servicing non-profit and faith-based clients.

Russ Ferguson
Chief Commercial Officer
Russ leads our value proposition, commercial and sales strategies. He has worked in the travel industry for 25 years in multiple countries, spending the last 20 of those focused on the non-profit community. Russ has held several executive roles across sales, marketing, and account management for established, high growth and start-up operations.

Chris King
Chief People Officer
Chris leads our daily operations. He has over 20 years of travel industry experience, 15 of which have been spent creating and running a successful US operation for a global travel management company servicing non-profit and academic clients. Chris has a B.A. (Hons) from Salford University and a Masters in Business Administration from Temple University.
